Some questions you might have

What is sophrology?

Sophrology is a gentle method that combines breathing exercises, physical relaxation techniques, and positive visualization.
It helps manage stress, emotions, pain, and tension, while also strengthening self-confidence.
It’s a simple, accessible practice that connects body and mind through conscious experience.

And what is health coaching?

Health coaching offers holistic support to help you find balance in your daily habits (nutrition, sleep, stress, physical activity, daily rhythm, etc.).
I guide you in clarifying your needs, identifying blocks, and making concrete, sustainable changes — at your own pace.

Sophrology or coaching — how do I choose?

No need to decide in advance!
During the first session, we’ll take a step back and look at the bigger picture (initial assessment), and I’ll suggest a personalised approach, which can include both sophrology and coaching if that feels right for you.
What matters most is that it suits you.

How long does a session last?

  • The first session lasts around 1.5 hours (assessment + practice).
  • Follow-up sessions are about 1 hour.

Do I need to wear anything specific?

Just come in comfortable clothing that allows you to breathe and move freely.
It’s not a workout — the movements are gentle and focused on relaxation.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on your goals and your pace.
Some people come for a few occasional sessions (temporary stress, decision-making…), while others choose to engage in longer-term support over several weeks or months.
We’ll decide this together after the first session.

Where do the sessions take place?

  • In person at my practice in Ownzone, Stroud
  • Online via video call (Zoom or another platform)

Is sophrology suitable for everyone?

Yes, it’s a method that can be adapted to all ages — adults, teenagers, and children.
It can be used as a form of prevention, to support medical treatment, or as part of a personal development journey.

I’m not sure if this is right for me...

It’s completely normal to have questions.
The first session is designed to gently assess your situation, address any doubts, and see if this approach resonates with you.
There’s no long-term commitment — you’re free to decide at each step
